Refund and Return Policy

Welcome to Shiva. We are committed to a careful and transparent handling process.

Always contact us first

Before returning a product, we kindly ask you to contact us at info@shivawellbeing.nl. We will then provide the correct return instructions. Returns without prior contact cannot be processed.

Shiva Return Policy

By sending a return, you agree to our return policy and our general terms and conditions.

Return Period

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason. You must notify us of your wish to return the item via email within this period. After notification, you then have another 14 days to return the product.

Packaging and Condition of Return

Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund. Any damage upon receipt must be reported immediately, preferably with photos.

Shipping Method

Returns must be provided with a trackable (Track & Trace) shipping label. We advise sending the return insured. Please keep the proof of shipment carefully. Send the tracking number to info@shivawellbeing.nl as soon as you have shipped the package.

Return Shipping Costs

The cost and risk of return shipment are entirely the responsibility of the buyer. We do not reimburse shipping costs for returns. These costs typically range between €7 and €25, depending on size and shipping method.

Important Additional Provisions

Uncollected or unsuccessful deliveries

If a package is not collected from a pick-up point, or cannot be delivered successfully multiple times due to the customer's absence, this is considered customer negligence. In such cases:

  • A full refund cannot be given.

  • Shipping costs up to a maximum of €12 may be deducted from any partial refund.

  • In some cases, no refund is possible.

We ask customers to monitor delivery information closely and collect packages in time.

Packages refused at the door

Refusing a package at the door is not accepted as a valid return. These packages are usually returned to the sorting center and not to our return address, meaning we cannot process or refund them.

Always use our official return procedure as described above.

Return procedure in 5 simple steps:

  1. Contact us at info@shivawellbeing.nl – We will provide you with the return instructions.

  2. Carefully pack the product in its original packaging.

  3. Provide the package with a trackable shipping label (preferably insured).

  4. Send the tracking number to info@shivawellbeing.nl as soon as it has been shipped.

  5. After receiving the returned product and inspection, the amount will be refunded within 14 working days via the original payment method.

Excluded from return or refund

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Products of a hygienic nature (such as personal care products)

  • Items returned outside the return period

  • Packages refused at the door or not collected
